NA extraordinary session: parliament discusses draft Constitutional Reforms

The extraordinary session convened upon the initiative of MPs launched in the National Assembly of Armenia. “Armenpress” informs
that the MPs will continue discussing the issue of puttingdraft Constitutional Reforms to a referendum.

The discussion of the issue finished in the stage of the speeches made by the MPs on September 17. The aim of an extraordinary sessionis to finish discussions of the Constitutional Reforms so that the Specialized Commission on Constitutional Reforms develops the final text of the document based on the proposals made during the discussions and submits it for ratification by the NA during the next four­day session.

Head of the NA Republican Party of Armenia Vahram Baghdasaryan told “Armenpress” that draft Constitutional Reforms is planned to be put to the vote at the beginning of December.
