Carousel voting, which was put into circulation in Armenia by Robert Kocharyan’s regime, will be used in the upcoming parliamentary elections, Hraparak reports.

The paper has revealed that in these days ruling party representatives are negotiating with residents of some dormitories which are located in Yerevan. They promise to give residents money if they enter voting booths with already marked ballot paper and take out an unmarked ballot paper from there.
