NKR Defense Army: Enemies’ actions were prevented

On October 23 and in the night of October 24, on Karabakh-Azerbaijani contact line the enemy violated the ceasefire regime for about 90 times, during which the opponent fired around 2000 shots in the direction of Armenian positions from various type rifle
weapons, as well as from different caliber weapons, including 60mm, 82mm and 120mm mortars, RPG­-7, SPG-9 and AGS­-17.
Enemy also used fired TR­-107 artillery rocket in the direction of the Armenian frontlines.

Intensive violations were recorded particularly in the Eastern and North­Eastern part of the contact line.

As Press Service of NKR Defense Ministry informed “Armenpress”, in the result of the response actions taken by vanguard units of the Defense Army, the enemies’ actions were prevented.
