"Zhoghovurd": Only the RPA did not put down its flags on April 24.

In a report covering the ceremonies dedicated to the April 24 Genocide commemoration events, the paper says that all the foreign embassies and government offices in Armenia flew their flags at half-mast to respect the innocent victims.

The ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) appeared the only political organization in the country that did not observe the ritual, says the paper.

“The RPA members refused to remove their flags from their cars, preferring to continue their [election] campaign on that day as we;;. It didn’t match them,” comments the paper.
