According to Yerkir, the 175000-member Orinats Yerkir Party [Rule of Law Party] has ceded its seats at around 400 polling station commissions to RPA.

“OYP used a very interesting mechanism for assisting its elder brother: OYP members just failed the “hard” exam and did not qualify as commission members, therefore commission chairmen selected Republicans - “excellent students”- in place of OYP members – “bad students,” says the paper.
