The Heritage party sees no problem about backing the joint headquarters’ decision to apply to the Constitutional Court for having the signed voter list published, a lawmaker of the party, Syopa Safaryan, has told reporters.
“If the ruling coalition members are willing that to add their lawmakers’ signatures to the deal, Heritage sees no problem about signing below the format,” he said.
Safaryan, who has nominated his candidacy in majority district No. 1, said he has not attended Heritage’s debates over the issue, adding that they would not be against the initiative if it is restricted to declaring the clause on not publishing the signed voter lists unconstitutional.
