"Zhoghovurd": RPA distributes the villagers pens allegedly having cameras or chips on them.

Republican Party’s election offices give beautiful pens to villagers and insist that they should mark the ballot paper with that pen, residents of Armenia’s regions told Zhoghovurd.

These pens allegedly have small cameras or chips which will be used to control the voting process.

According to paper’s information, this method is used in remote villages, in particular, Syunik, Lori and Tavush.

“Villagers have been warned that this method is designed to make it impossible for people to take money but vote for whoever they want at the elections,” the paper says.
