President Serzh Sargsyan paid an official visit to Kotayk region.

On April 30 chairman of the Republican Party Serzh Sargsyan paid a working visit to Kasakh community, Kotayk region. Reportedly President familiarized with the process of reconstruction works conducted in the culture house.
Kasakh culture house was built in 1972. Since then the building has never been reconstructed.
The repair works started 2010 August. 129 975 783 AMD were spent for the renovation of the building; 6 878 789 AMD was invested by Kasakh community; the rest sum of money was founded by the means of State budget. Within the framework of the works trees and shrubs were planted in the area of culture house.
As a result Kasakh community currently possesses a house of culture meet the demands of modern requirements. Kasakh community’s library and the training ground are located here.
Then President got acquainted with the ''Manana Grain'' LTD combined feed factory in Eghvard.
''Manana Grain'' LTD purchased Eghvard combined feed factory in 2010 March in a non-working condition, along with technological equipment dated Soviet period. The factory was completely renovated by the means of ''Manana Grain'' LTD, and currently conducts cargo transportation.
''The factory was opened three months ago. The import of equipment and plant operation lasted for two years; the existing machines were completely out dated hence currently they are replaced by computers. The intervention of man is minimized in the production of food'' Gurgen Nikoghosyan the director of the factory told at the briefing with the journalists.
Yeghvard combined feed factory has 80 employees, the average salary amounts 100 thousand AMD. After the implementation of the scheduled projects the number of workers will be doubled.
''Manana Grain'' obtains the raw materials from local producers thus contributing the development of local business.
