"Haykakan Zhamanak": Nikol Pashinyan appeals against territorial election commission’s decision to the CEC.

According to Haykakan Zhamanak, Nikol Pashinyan, a candidate for parliament in Yerevan’s constituency No. 7, and his proxy Vahagn Hovakimyan appealed against the territorial election commission’s decision to the CEC on Monday claiming that the election commission slurred over obvious facts.

“Those facts showed that Samvel Alexanyan bought votes, besides, the head of Malatia-Sebastia administrative district and the headmaster of Yerevan school No. 190 campaigned illegally,” the paper says.
