The body of Hrant Guloyan, 72, a Sevan city resident, was found near the “Miami beach” in Armenia’s Lake Sevan on Tuesday.
The Armenian Ministry of Emergency Situations received the alarm at 4.05 p.m. The corpse is handed over to the law enforcement agents, the Ministry informs.
