"Haykakan Zhamanak": Robert Kocharyan is left out of iner-political processes.

According to Haykakan Zhamanak, nearly three months ago, Robert Kocharyan’s spokesman Viktor Soghomonyan told reporters that Kocharyan plans to speak out before the elections. More, media reports said that Kocharyan will make a statement about the elections two weeks before election day. However, Kocharyan seems to have changed his mind for some reason. The paper failed to contact his spokesman.

Anyway, four days are left until election day, and Kocharyan will hardly make any statement one of these days, though it is theoretically possible. According to observer estimates, unless Kocharyan speaks before the elections, it may be a sign that he is left out of the political processes, the paper says.
