The joint headquarters tasked with monitoring the legitimacy of the parliamentary election is to convene its regular session later on Friday, says the paper.

It comes after the coordinator of the opposition Armenian National Congress (ANC), Levon Zurabyan, said yesterday at the alliance’s rally that the political parties which have joined the headquarter (ANC, the opposition Armenian Revolutionary Federation-Dashnaksutyun and the coalition Prosperous Armenia) will meet today to discuss effective measures for monitoring the polls.
