Bako Sahakyan granted pardon to eleven convicts.

On May 4 President of the Republic of Artsakh Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on the results of granting pardon applications. According to the Presidential decree 11 convicts were granted pardon. Twenty nine convicts were granted partial pardon.

Central information department of Artsakh President said 87 convicts were refused to get presidential amnesty because of the previously committed crimes, negative characteristics from places of imprisonment, nature and gravity of the committed crimes.
