The rescuers managed to prevent a suicide case in Yerevan.

On May 4, at about 21:57, a call was received that a man of about 30 was trying to throw himself off Yerevan's Victory bridge. A rescue brigade was dispatched for the scene. It was found out that Aragatsotn region's Yeghipatrush villager Edgar Mkrtchyan, born in 1985, was trying to commit a suicide.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations informs that the rescuers managed to prevent him from jumping off the bridge and Mkrtchyan was transferred to Kentron Police Department.
