Chiefs of Armenian, Azerbaijani Joint Staffs reach ceasefire agreement in Moscow - Seyran Ohanyan

Armenia’s Minister of Defense Seyran Ohanyan spoke of the situation on the Line of Contact at a cabinet meeting in Yerevan on Wednesday.
The chiefs of the Armenian and Azerbaijani joint staffs met in Moscow and reached a ceasefire agreement.
“Under an agreement on volunteer support to the Nagorno-Karabakh Defense Army from Armenia, as well as due to implementation of relevant measures, the efficiency of the Nagorno-Karabakh Defense Army, its defensive positions and deployment allow us to say that the Defense Army is prepared to retaliate against any actions and prevent them, and, I can say, even more,” Mr Ohanyan said.
