As to the transparency, yes, these elections were more than transparent, in the opposite case how should we know that a skilful Armenian has invented a stamp ink fading away in a few minutes (while it should remain 12 hours) with it ‘doubling and tripling’ the voting right of the people, thinking that carrousel is not a fun but a method of election frauds, by the way extremely obvious – during a night high-storeyed buildings with hundreds of residents appeared in the capital. Whose voters they are – the answer is clear – their ‘creators.’
