"Yerkir": These elections were not only unprecedented ones but sensational reality.
Armenian Press
The ruling political majority that managed to retain the leading position at the May 6 voting had promised on behalf of its leader to ensure unprecedented, transparent and fair conduction of elections.
The paper says the elections were truly unprecedented and transparent but their fairness raises doubts.
The elections go beyond any precedent if taking into consideration the high vote of ‘trust’ given by the people to a political force that has destroyed the country’s economy, brought the population on the edge of poverty, signed shameful protocols with Turkey, increased country’s foreign debt, taking the people closer to the gap every day. It is not only an unprecedented but a sensational event. As to the transparency, yes, these elections were more than transparent, in the opposite case how should we know that a skilful Armenian has invented a stamp ink fading away in a few minutes (while it should remain 12 hours) with it ‘doubling and tripling’ the voting right of the people, thinking that carrousel is not a fun but a method of election frauds, by the way extremely obvious – during a night high-storeyed buildings with hundreds of residents appeared in the capital. Whose voters they are – the answer is clear – their ‘creators.’
