Armenia will recognize Nagorno-Karabakh when moment arrives – prime minister

Armenia will recognize Nagorno-Karabakh’s independence when the proper moment arrives, Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan has told reporters.

The premier, who has recently returned from the second Armenian republic, said he evaluates the situation in the country as absolutely stable.

Abrahamyan was in Nagorno-Karabakh to attend an event summing up the outcomes of a national report covering the millennium development objectives and the sustainable development agenda for 2030.
