Reliable sources say that the Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) and the Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) are actively negotiating the formation of a coalition.

According to the newspaper, the RPA is setting terms to the PAP.

So the PAP is now expected to state its support for RPA Chairman Serzh Sargsyan in the 2013 presidential election. The PAP ranks are split over the option – some support it while others are strongly against.
