Ex-foreign minister of Armenia Vartan Oskanian is the most radical opposition member today, claims the daily. Even the Armenian National Congress (ANC) is not as critical of the authorities as he is.

At the sitting of the joint headquarters he stated that he personally will not bear the responsibility of arrangements of unreal coalition which mean in case the ruling Republican Party of Armenia and the Prosperous Armenia Party form a coalition he will pull out from the PAP and reject his mandate.
