"Hraparak": Karen Karapetyan to become Armenia’s PM?

Armenia’s President Serzh Sargsyan is said to appoint former head of his staff Karen Karapetian as head of the Armenian government.
The paper says, though, it has not been decided yet whether to do it in June or in eight months, after the presidential elections.
Karen Karapetyan is said to be a desirable candidate both for the ruling Republican party and Prosperous Armenia. Besides, his appointment may solve a number of geopolitical issues – Russian authorities will hail his appointment, the daily claims.
