President Serzh Sargsyan and the leader of Prosperous Armenia party (PAP) Gagik Tsarukyan failed to reach a coalition agreement at the presidential office on Wednesday, the paper has learned.

The former speaker of the National Assembly, Hovik Abrahamyan, was also reportedly present at their meeting.

With no deal signed, the parties are expected to continue the consultations in future, says the paper.
