"Chorrord Inknishkhanutyun": HAK not to attend ceremony of handing in mandates to MPs?

The solemn ceremony of handing in mandates to MPs will take place in CEC today at 2:00 pm. According to Chorrord Inknishkhanutyun paper, HAK members are going to boycott the ceremony. HAK representative in CEC will receive mandates instead of them. HAK Coordinator Levon Zurabyan said to Chorrord Inknishkhanutyun, “Our faction finds it inexpedient to participate in a celebration attended by election riggers.”
