According to the newspaper sources, Hovik Abrahamyan is planning select replacements in the Personnel of the National Assembly. Accordingly, the Chief of the NA Personnel will be replaced. Instead of Vrezh Gasparyan the Head of the President’s Audit Service, Hovik Hovsepyan, will be appointed to the post. Also, Vrezh Gasparyan’s name was related to a criminal case on extortion filed years ago, as a result of which he was dismissed from the President’s Administration. However, Hovik Hovsepyan’s name is associated with dubious activities as well. This includes his attempts of swindling the buyers of elite buildings located in Buzand Street and his brother’s criminal “entertainments” in remote Moscow. Thus, finding an official with clean background in the government camp is a serious issue.
