“Zhoghovurd” Daily: Where is RPA Money?

The residents of Shengavit community called at editorial office of “Zhoghovurd” daily to inform that they had voted for RPA during NA elections, however they didn’t receive the promised sum and had to address to the local administration office to receive the money. According to them, the head of Shengavit administrative region Armen Sargsyan allocated from 9 to 10 billion drams to each of the condominiums on part of RPA to receive from 900 to 1000 votes in favor of RPA. However, the heads of condominiums didn’t allocate the whole sum. Where is the RPA money? The daily spoke to Armen Sargsyan to clarify the issue. The latter replied that this had never happened: “A few community residents came to the local administration, to clarify the issue regarding lands in Noragavit, but they didn’t have any land contracts. The people you mentioned never came here.”
