“The administration controlling the occupied Nagorno Karabakh and its remote regions is not recognized by any country or international organization including UNO,”- stated Elman Abdullah, head of press service of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan speaking about the application of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of NKR submitted by the permanent representation of Armenia in UNO to the UN General Secretary Ban Kee Moon and members of Security Council.


Claiming that “self-proclaimed government of Nagorno Karabakh attempts to falsify historical facts,” Abdullah emphasized that the international community considers NKR and seven remote regions as Azerbaijani territories and added that the step initiated by NKR is a regular attempt to impede peaceful negotiations and mislead the international community.
