Միհրան Հակոբյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է. «Քանի որ ֆեսյբուքում տհաճ քննարկում է սկսվելու մոտ ժամերին, հիմա եմ գրում: Պատերազմը հայ ժողովրդի համար հայրենական էր, որովհետև շուրջ 300.000 հայորդի է զոհվել, մեր պապերը չեն վախեցել, չեն փախել, ԽՍՀՄ-ն ընդունել են՝ որպես ընդհանուր Հայրենիք ու Հայրենիքի համար կռիվ են տվել, զոհվել ու հերոսացել…

Եվս մի կարևորագույն դրվագ. 1942-43թթ. ձմռանը պաշտոնապես չեզոքություն հայտարարած Թուրքիան խորհրդային սահմանի երկայնքով մեկ(մեծ մասը հայ-թուրքական ներկայիս սահմանն է) 26 դիվիզիա էր կուտակել: Հուսով եմ տհասներ չկան, որ «կարծեն», թե այդ հսկայական բանակը պաշտպանական խնդիր էր լուծում: Կարմիր բանակը Թուրքիա ներխուժելու ոչ ցանկություն ուներ, ոչ էլ՝ ռեսուրսներ, հազիվ կենաց մահու պայքար էր մղում գերմանացիների դեմ ռուսական տափաստաններում:

Եթե 1942թ. աշնանը Ստալինգրադն ընկներ ու ԽՍՀՄ ներխուժած գերմանական բանակի հարավային խմբավորումը կարողանար շարժվել դեպի իր ռազմավարական նպատակը՝ Բաքու(վառելիքից զրկված Կարմիր բանակը այլևես չէր կարող պատերազմել), ապա Դերբենտում նրանց դիմավորելու էր թուրքական բանակը: Կարծում եմ, միամիտներ չկան, որ «կարծեն», թե մեզ երկրորդ ցեղասպանությունից հնարավոր էր լինելու խուսափել:

Ուշագրավ է, որ այդ տարիներին Թուրքիայում Գերմանիայի դեսպան Ֆոն Պապենը հետագայում գրել է, որ Ի. Ինենյուի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունը եկել էր դեսպանատուն՝ հայտնելու, որ իրենք մտնում են ԽՍՀՄ դեմ պատերազմի մեջ, բայց իրենք(գերմանացիները) անզգուշություն են ունեցել հայտնելու, որ Ստալիգրադում գերմանական 6-րդ բանակը պարտվել է: Ըստ Ֆոն Պապենի՝ թուրքերը լռել են ու հեռացել:

Ի դեպ, մեր բախտը բերել է ոչ միայն Ստալինգրադի մասով: Եթե 1942-ի նույն ամիսներին(հոկտեմբեր-նոյեմբեր) Հյուսիսային Աֆրիկայում Է. Ռոմմելը կարողանար հաղթել Էլ-Ալամեյնում և ճեղքելով բրիտանական պաշտպանության գիծը՝ հայտնվեր սիրիական անապատում, ապա Մերձավոր Արևելքում չկար ոչ մի ուժ, որ «Անապատի աղվեսին» մինչև Բաքու ընկած ճանապարհին կարողանար կանգնեցնել: Իրանի հյուիսիսում մի քանի կիսազինված խորհրդային դիվիզիաներ էին կանգնած, մի քանի այդպիսի անգլիական դիվիզիաներ էլ կանգնած էին Իրանի հարավում, անապատում հնարավոր չէր լինելու կանգնեցնել Է. Ռոմմելին:

Ինչպես Ստալինգրադի, այնպես էլ՝ Էլ-Ալամեյնի պարագայում թուրքական դիվիզիաները ներխուժելու էին Հայաստան: Ուստի և գերմանական մարդակուլ նացիոնալ-սոցիալիզմը բնում խեղդելու գործում մեծագույն ներդրում ունեցած և թուրքերի կողմից Հայաստանի տարածքում նոր ցեղասպանությունը կանխած ժողովրդի համար այս պատերազմն ուղղակի չի կարող հայրենական չլինել: Շնորհակալություն մեր պապերին հաղթանակի համար»:
