Iran says S-300 missiles case under arbitration

Iranian Defense Minister Brigadier General Ahmad Vahidi said Monday the case of S-300 missile system is in the process of arbitration.
Vahidi referred to the latest news on Iran's complaint against Russia for its refusal to deliver S-300 missile system to the country, saying the issue is subject to arbitration in the relevant hearing court.
Vahidi also referred to the probability of issuing a verdict for indemnification and said arbitration bodies should decide over the issue.
Iran's Defense Minister in an interview with ISNA, referred to the latest reports on the indigenous system which is to replace S-300 and noted the issue is being pursued and that ministry would work on the project.
Iran has filed a complaint at the International Court of Arbitration against Russia since Moscow has failed to honor its agreement to deliver S-300 missile systems to Iran.
