Khachik Galstyan, a spokesman for Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK) Gagik Tsarukyan, issued a statement saying that he resigns office.

"I express gratitude to those media representatives with whom I have had intensive, constructive and effective cooperation in the past few years" Galstyan said in the statement.
