“Haykakan Zhamanak” Daily. The Old Staff of Armenian Delegation to PACE Heads to Strasburg

According to the newspaper sources, the old staff of Armenian delegation to PACE is to take part in PACE summer session due from June 25 to June 29.

Though a new Parliament was elected and the first convocation of the Parliament took place on May 31, the old staff of Armenian delegation to PACE, elected by the former Parliament will head to PACE. This is, of course, very advantageous for the government. Rumors have it that everything will be done not to let ANC representatives be included in PACE delegation. The Head of the delegation Davit Harutyunyan claims that the only the opposition representatives included in the delegation should be Armen Rustamyan from ARF and Zaruhi Postanjyan from Heritage. Yesterday, when one of the journalists of the daily told D. Harutyunyan that according to reliable sources he does not want any ANC representative to be included in the Armenian delegation to PACE, he responded, “The information you possess is far from reality.”
