“Hraparak” Daily: “Iron” Agreement Between RPA and PAP

According to PAP sources, there is an “iron” agreement between RPA and PAP that PAP Ministers and regional governors will put down their portfolios, deputy ministers, heads of project implementation units and other “officials” will keep their portfolios until Gagik Tsarukyan and Hovik Abrahamyan keep their promise given to Serz Sargsyan, i.e. to support his candidacy in 2013 presidential elections. This comes to explain why Gagik Tsarukyan was at the airport to see the President off to Tokyo and his meeting with the Prime Minister.

P.S. It is not news for us. The same happened with ARF. When ARF left coalition, its members kept pivotal portfolios in educational, forestry and other spheres.
