“Haykakan Zhamanak” RA Constitutional Court to Examine Nikol Pashinyan’s Appeal

RA Constitutional Court is to examine Nikol Pashinyan’s appeal today. He demanded to recognize invalid the CEC decision on the election results according to which Samvel Alexanyan was elected as a single-mandate deputy in constituency #7.

According to the documents submitted to the Constitutional Court it was proved that during the pre-election campaign money was distributed as well as promises of delivering free services were given to voters on behalf of Samvel Alexanyan.
