The reporter of Lurer.com asked Vitali Balasanyan why he had addressed an open letter to the incumbent President of NKR Bako Sahakyan, where he warns him of violations of electoral violations.

Vitali Balasanyan told that all the heads of districts of Artsakh, by violating the law, have started pre-election campaigns and locally undertake organizational activities. According to the candidate, there have been no cases of vote buying recorded so far.

Reminder: The official campaign will kick off on June 20.
