“Haykakan Zhamanak”: Serzh Sargsyan Instructed not to Cause Problems during Government Plan Discussion

The RPA that has a majority in the NA and its attachment RoL party have hardly formed a government. All they have to do it adopt the government plan with the same majority next week. Indeed, the plan will be adopted with no problem irrespective of its quality and contents. However, there is certain intrigue within the RPA in regard of discussion of the plan. As we know, there is a wing within the RPA that doesn’t approve of Tigran Sargsyan. Moreover, this wing slanders the Prime Minister at various occasions and they don’t even hide that during the media interviews. In particular, NA MP Mher Sedrakyan – Mher of Tokhmakh, who months ago during an interview said, “Who is Tigran Sargsyan? I don’t know who you are talking about.” The government responded that they are not worried that Sedrakyan doesn’t recognize Tigran Sargsyan as the two are people with contrasting values. In a few days these people have to participate in the discussion of Sargsyan’s government plan. The RPA sources of the daily report that Serzh Sargsyan instructed them not to cause any problems during the discussion of the plan and unanimously vote “for” it. And not the so-called intriguing wing of the RPA should calmly vote for this plan and obey the order of the party boss. Days ago, Mher Sedrakyan was bragging in the NA that he is the man who even opposed the instructions of Vazgen Sargsyan. And now it’s clear with what kind of feelings he’s going to vote for the government plan. They can’t avoid the order of the RPA chair because the voting is going to be open. Will Mher of Tokhmakh decide to skip the session with “worthy excuse” for the sake of his principles?
