The first session of RPA faction is to take place today, during which the government plan and other related issues will be discussed. RPA is in a quite difficult situation now, since the other NA factions except for RoL are going to vote against the government plan and it will be tough to make it pass. RPA may adopt a new slogan- “each vote fatal.”
