Gagik Tsarukyan didn’t take part in the NA session yesterday. For the second time PAP faction was present at the session without the faction leader. According to reliable sources, Tsarukyan said that he won’t be participating in the sessions as long as Tigran Sargsyan is the head of the government. It’s interesting that Tsarukyan doesn’t take part in the sessions, but has confidential meetings with the Prime Minister irrespective of what the topic of the confidential discussion is.
