There are so many abnormal phenomena in our country, that one more one less, nothing is changed. Due to our government system we don’t get surprised by the phenomena such as a regional governor beating up a woman and remaining in the office. In a government system like this, such phenomena will always exist and they won’t get punished, since it is them who keep the power, it is them who give the representatives of judicial system the opportunity to be involved in businesses. In all this chain every circuit is important and in case any one of them is missing the whole knot will be broken, that’s why they protect each other. This was stated by the deputy head of Heritage Administration Board Armen Harutyunyan in an interview with “Yerkir” daily.
