Yesterday, Davit Hayryan, manager of “Harsnaqar” restaurant, one of the seven arrested on charge of Harsnaqar incident, on June 17 was released.

According to Police Media Service, he was presented for recognition, however the suffered didn’t recognize him and he was released under Point 1, Part 1 of Article 132 (Release of the Detained- the suspicion about his committing an action forbidden by criminal law has not been proven correct) of Criminal Procedure Code.
