RA former Minister of Foreign Affairs, PAP deputy Vardan Oskanyan was called in to NSS for the second time and refused to testify in the framework of the criminal case on money laundering, in which he is a witness.

Last week Oskanyan filed a complaint to RA General Prosecutor Aghvan Hovsepyan to eliminate the decision on criminal case and to suspend the case. However Hovsepyan’s response is not clear yet. Also, State Tax Service started to check “Civilitas”, who, according to Oskanyan can help him to prove his innocence.
