Matters, Gentlemen: Conclusions from Harsnaqar
ARCHIVE
From Artak Bayadyan’s words, who was severely beaten in Harsnaqar, it follows:
1. Manager/security consciously earning the confidence of customers (reproached the waiter who had already beaten Vahe Avetyan, saying, “I’m here, how dare you behave like that?”) in order to ‘clear out the matter’ asked to accompany them to the parking garage, where 10-15 killers had already been waiting for them.
2. Without a long conversation the band swore and severely beat 3 of them. Artak Bayadyan describes that Vahe was lying unconscious 10-15 meters away from him, and Arkadi 10 metres away from him. That is to say, at the end of the beating the band ‘realized the operation’ fallen apart in an area about 30 meters.
3. Last word of the bandits “he died, don’t beat him” and also the fact that 10-15 beat 5 people with feet, hands, confirm that ‘punishment’ would go on until they die.
4. Artak tells that 4-5 people were surrounding each of them to realize the punishment without settling the matter. So it means that people from outdoors didn’t want to find out what had happened inside the restaurant and consequently they were told to ‘punish’.
5. After all this, how can we believe that the 5 or 6 arrested people were there? Where are the others? Isn’t it clear that the number of the bandits in a 30-meter area couldn’t be 5-6-7, that they couldn’t beat Artak, Vahe, Arkadi and two others at the same time.
