Today at 10.48 am the Ministry of Emergency Situations received a call that a citizen wants to commit a suicide from the 4th floor of Garegin Nzhdeh st. #9a : rescuers are needed.
At the scene arrived special rescuers team and the CCM operative group with paramedics.
Due to the joint efforts of rescuers and the police K. Degoyan’s (born in 1961) suicide attempt has been prevented.
