Sevan Water was Released Because of Government’s Unprofessional Work: Zaruhi Postanjyan

Heritage party department member, NA MP Zaruhi Postanjyan, today during the meeting with reporters referring to one of the resolutions adopted by the NA, according to which some water should be released from Sevan, stated that it is the result of Government’s unprofessional policy.
“Such an incident also occurred several years ago when in August a special session was held and was decided to release some water from Sevan. I must say that I’m sorry that the political force which considers itself to be an alternative has voted against governmental project, but didn’t vote against government’s this very bill”, Postanjyan stated.
According to the latter the Government’s justification was that the reservoirs are empty and it’s necessary to take some water because the Government’s problem is to take care of not keeping the reservoirs empty. “This is absurd and is a result of Government’s unprofessional work, that the water from Sevan has been released,” said the NA MP , expressing conviction that the main problem is to save the buildings, which cause government members. According to Zaruhi Postanjyan the water can be taken from our rivers, e.g. from Araks River.
