To remind you, according to the press publication international prices of grain are rising.
According to RF mass media, in Black Sea ports a ton of grain of the fourth sort reached to 8900 rubles, setting a new historical record. Just 2-3 days ago it was 8100-8300 rubles. And a week ago it cost 7100 rubles.
Rise in the price of grain in Russia is explained by drought in the American continent and by the fact that less harvest of grain is expected this year in RF (85 instead of 94 tons). Price of French grain which is the main competitor to Russian grain in international market has also risen to 235 euros per ton. During a week the price rose by 15 percent.
According to the experts, rising of prices of meat and of other meat products are going to follow. 10 percent rise in the price of grain leads to 3.5-4 percent rise in price of meat products.
