CEC of Nagorono-Karabakh Considers Armenia an Abroad

In an interview with lurer.com the representative of CEC of Nagorno-Karabakh Raya Nazaryan informed that the accreditation process of international observers is in process.
“Besides many organizations, international organizations are also going to visit Artsakh with observation mission, one of which is the expertizing center of European Electoral System”, stated Ms Nazaryan.
To the question whether international journalists are going to elucidate the elections of Artsakh or not, the representative of CEC replied,
“You know, both Armenia and Georgia are considered abroad for us. More than 60 journalists have already accredited, including France Presse. ”
To remind you, presidential elections of Artsakh are going to be held on July 19, and 4 candidates are taking part in the rally, including the current president Bako Sahakyan.”
