RA MES is Willing to Help

RA president Serzh Sargsyan sending a message of condolence to RF president Vladimir Putin concerning to the Krasnodar Territory natural disaster- Kuban floods which took many human lives, ordered Minister of ES Armen Yeritsyan to check RF MES needs in rescue operations and organize an appropriate assistance, as well to show a practical support to RA citizens and our compatriots of the disaster zone.
During the all night RA MES Crisis Control Center kept in touch with RF MES central and Krasnodar’s CCC. The data and the name lists are being regularly checked. The buses which left for the Krasnodar region from Custom House and from tourist agencies have been checked. Today at 12 pm Minister Armen Yeritsyan had a phone call with RF ES Minister Vladimir Pushkov in order to check their needs personally. Armenia’s assistance is not needed yet.
Until 11 am there were no Armenian last names in the list. At 11.20 krasnodar CCC informed that there are 2 Armenians from Novorosiysk- Lidia Stepan Shahbazyan and Hovhannes Grigor Shahbazyan. The details are being checked. RA MES CCC has set up a hot line- 010 36 02 97, 060 44 03 41.
With ES Minister Armen Yeritsyan’s order an operative work group has been created the head of which is MES director of rescue service General Major Sergey Azaryan.
