President Putin’s signature will confirm July 9 to be a mourning day in memory of the victims of Kuban floods and Ukranian road accidents. The Flags will be down and there will be no entertaining programs on TV.
In Yerevan a candle-lighting will be organized in front of RF embassy at 8pm. It’s “Pan-Armenian Youth Movemet” NGO’s initiative.
