“Hraparak”: New Laptops for NA “Intellectuals”

On Friday NA deputies were following OSCE Chairman Rumpoy’s speech in a “top” position in the right sense of the word.
In front of each deputy one could see new Aseo “laptops”. The “Harvard boys” of NA quickly began to deepen trying to understand what is what. And the business-colonel staff “didn’t approach” it, and didn’t even notice that that the gigantic monitors were substituted for mobile contemporary equipment to ease their job.

The indifference of this “intellectual” group has another reason, new laptops don’t have access to the Internet and deputies taken from saunas, restaurants to NA hall can’t watch “interesting” films, websites and photos. The official explanation of absence of the Internet is to avoid viruses.
Especially what kinds of viruses? They didn’t say. New laptops were supplied to the NA “intellectuals” by the World Bank loan program. The older ones are stored which will be delivered to fractions and to the staff.
