The Self-Rejected Candidate will Vote for Bako Sahakyan

Lurer.com had an interview with Valeri Khachatryan who declared about his self-rejection in Artsakh presidential elections on July 9. He gives the following reasoning to his self-rejection:
“I was nominated being sure that I’ll unconditionally be elected. Taking into account my experience, I could justify myself as President, because I had a fundamental view of the country’s interior and foregin policy, economic and social issues. I wasn’t interested in the 2nd or 3rd places, only the victory was preferable to me. However, it was clear during the twenty-day rally that there is someone who is stronger; hence my resignation. That candidate is Bako Sahakyan,” The already-former presidential candidate explained.
And in response to the question for whom he’ll vote in the elections the latter replied,
“In my whole nature and essence I’m a man of governmental mentality. For me the public interests are more primary than my own. If the public accepts the current President, then I won’t stay back and will vote for Bako Sahakyan,” concluded Valeri Khachatryan.
