On July 10 at 2.15 pm information was received that the special water-rescue detachment while realizing its duty at Lake Sevan (“Tsovinar” beach) noticed a drowning man.
The water-rescuers took out the resident of Azatavan Vilage, Ararat region, 16 year-old Aleksanyan Narek, rendered first aid and moved to a medical center in Sevan, where he died.
