“Aravot”: Raffi Hovhannisyan about Nominating his Candidacy for the President

Yesterday “Aravot” posed the following question to the Heritage Party leader Raffi Hovhannisyan,
“Recently a few political colleagues, intellectuals and civic circles expressed the opinion that for the coming presidential elections Your candidacy is preferable for them. What would you say on it; are those official or planned announcements, or just separate unprovoked expressions? ”
Mr Hovhannisyan replied, “The content and form of my participation will be clarified and published these months, before the 21st anniversary of our Republic. It’s obvious that the guarantee to the nation’s victory is creation of comprehensive unprecedented force by including civic, political, intellectual, wide and devoted youth streams, as a sharer of taking responsibility for collective candidacy and as a real source.
In this light it’s worth serious analysis and discussion of social uniting possibilities of Lilit Gasparyan, Anahit Bakhshyan, Zaruhi Postanjyan, Armen Martirosyan, Aleksandr Arzumanyan, Aram Zaven Sargsyan, Paruyr Hayrikyan, Stepan Demirchyan, Nikol Pashinyan and many other talented young people.”
