“Hraparak”: Manvel Badeyan and Garnik Isagulyan Bet

The previous day a newspaper reporter witnessed a very interesting scene: Manvel Badeyan of “Eurostan” and Garnik Isagulyan, RA president representative in NA, speaking about the possibilities of candidates for the President in the Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh, didn’t come to general opinion and decided to bet.
Badeyan insisted that he deeply respects Vitali, but he’ll receive just 6-7, or up to 10 percent. In the beginning Isagulyan insisted on 40 percent, then on 30, and at the end on – 20.
The one who loses the bet promised to take to some restaurant all those present in Galust Grigorich’s study. One of them told Badeyan that he wished that Badeyan lost the bet but it was going to be Garnik, because he was not sure whether he’d take them to a restaurant or not.
